Deanne Pandey, Ayesha Shroff remember fitness expert Kaizzad Capadia after his death
Deanne Pandey and Ayesha Shroff expressed their shock regarding Kaizzad Capadia’s death.
Bodybuilding expert and a fitness trainer Kaizzad Capadia, who worked with many Bollywood actors like Tiger Shroff, passed away on Wednesday, October 13. The cause of his death is reportedly heart failure. In an exclusive interaction with IndiaToday.in, fitness expert Deanne Pandey said that she is still in shock because of Kaizzad’s death and emphasised that it’s important to take care of one’s health, especially under stressful situations. Tiger Shroff’s mom Ayesha also reacted to his death.
DEANNE PANDEY IS DEEPLY SADDENED BY KAIZZAD CAPADIA’S DEATH
Tiger Shroff mourned the death of Kaizzad Capadia and shared a special tribute for him on social media. Deanne Pandey talked to IndiaToday.in and shared her memories of the late fitness trainer. “I am deeply saddened by this loss because he was a huge influence on the fitness industry. Kaizzad personally trained a lot of trainers who went on to become big names and work with Bollywood stars. He also conducted workshops and trained and educated the younger generation on what fitness is and how to stay fit. I am still shocked that he’s not with us anymore,” she said.
Talking about the stress involved in the fitness industry, Deanne added, “I hope they find out the cause of his demise in the post-mortem, but it could be anything from stress-related issues to anxiety or a lifestyle pattern. It is very important to be educated and listen to your body when it is under stress.”

Tiger Shroff’s mom, Ayesha Shroff, also talked about Kaizzad’s sad demise. She said, “He devoted his entire life to bodybuilding. This is truly a sad news. I personally didn’t know him so well. Tiger used to work out at Kaizzad’s gym in Juhu and they might have worked out a few times together.”
Kaizzad was the owner of a fitness academy, K11 Academy of Fitness Sciences, in Mumbai.
